Methamphetamine Use and Lower Extremity Trauma: Hospital Disposition, Clinical Outcomes, and Socioeconomic Associations at a Level 1 Trauma Center

Abstract
This retrospective chart review examined methamphetamine use in patients presenting with lower-extremity trauma at a Level 1 trauma center, analyzing more than 1,100 patients after exclusions. Planned analyses address hospital disposition, clinical outcomes, and socioeconomic status associated with methamphetamine use in this population. Abstracts have been accepted and presented (COS), and the work has been submitted for publication (WOA/OTA/IOTA), with separate manuscripts on disposition and on outcomes.
